We were buying a house through the pushy people at Molica Franklin, being the only people that had actually made an offer for the property.
We were also asked to pay a £500 desposit to show we were genuinely interested, a very unusual practice that our solicitors decided against.

The seller then decided to pull out of the sale 1 day before exchanging contracts as they received a higher offer. Maybe not unusual for estate agents I know, but this particular seller was 'Tim Franklin' of 'Molica Franklin'.

Even with his name above the door there are no morals about messing clients about with their disgusting working practices.

Disgraceful

Probably the worst estate agents in the South East.
